Served as Consent Decree Monitor for four years for Federal class action cases involving sexual harassment, gender discrimination and retaliation (United States Forest Service), rights of disabled students (San Francisco Unified School District) and rights of disabled prisoners (California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation).

Oversaw the development and implementation of programs and methods to execute provisions of the settlement agreement for a case impacting thousands of women in the U.S. Forest Service, including revision of training, EEO process and investigation process.

Conducted workplace investigations for claims of sexual harassment and gender discrimination, served as an expert witness on employment matters and conducted workplace training on prevention of sexual harassment, gender discrimination and retaliation.

Performed risk analysis and analyzed legal compliance of human resources practices (training, employee classification for purposes of overtime pay, compliance with Family and Medical Leave Act provisions) and policies for large private and public employers and high-tech start-up companies.
